Francis N “Franny” Shelton, 84, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 15, from 10:30 a.m. to Noon at Hidden Valley Funeral Home of Excelsior Springs. Service will continue at Noon. Burial will be at Masonic Cemetery.
