1:04 p.m., 1100 block of St. Louis Ave., Officer responded to take a report for an assault that previously occurred. Information was obtained for a report.
4:06 p.m., 700 block of Hazel St., An officer responded to a report of vandalism to a residence. Information was taken for a report.
8:13 p.m., 700 block of Tiger Drive, Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. It was determined to be verbal only and the parties were advised of their options.
Wednesday, August 29
5:55 a.m., 1700 block of Briarwood Lane, Officers responded on a possible disturbance at the location. Officers contacted a WF, 52, who advised she and a WM, 29, had been involved in a verbal altercation and he left the area. She only requested extra patrol in the area for the rest of the day.
2:49 p.m., Isley Boulevard and Calhoun Avenue, Bryon Davis, WM, 44, was arrested for driving without a license, illegal plates and no insurance. He was booked and incarcerated and later released with a court date.
4:20 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St., An officer recovered a found wallet. The officer contacted the owner of the wallet and she was advised her wallet was found.
5:50 p.m., 69 Highway and Rainbow Boulevard, April Oliver, WF, 32, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, open container and turn signal. She was booked and released with a court date
11:03 p.m., Kearney Road and S. Titus Avenue, Cynthia Williams, WF, 45, was arrested on two Clay County warrants for failure to appear with a total bond of $500. Clay County later took custody of the party.
Thursday, August 30
12:37 a.m., 2200 block of Patsy Lane, Officers contacted Joanna Rustman, WF, 31, who was arrested on a Sugar Creek Police Department warrant for failure to appear with a bond of $250 cash. She was later released to the Sugar Creek Police Department.
3:09 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Lauren Williams, WF, 21, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for fail to appear with a bond of $500 cash. She was booked and incarcerated pending payment of bond.
9:12 a.m., 300 S. Main St., Lauren Williams, WF, 21, was arrested on a Liberty warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked in with a bond of $350 and was later released to Liberty Police Department.
9:15 a.m., 300 block of S. Main St., An officer requested a report for a recovered wallet.
4:00 p.m., 500 block of St. Louis Ave., Officer responded to collect abandoned property. The property was returned to its owner.
4:16 p.m., 700 block of St. Louis Ave., Officer took a report for assault.
4:37 p.m., 400 block of E. Broadway Ave., Officer responded to the residence to speak with a party regarding a possible missing person. It was determined the party was not missing. Nothing further was requested.
5:10 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Michael G. Cline, WM, 20, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for two counts failure to appear for possession of marijuana, two counts fail to appear, expired plates, and two counts of speeding with bond of $500 cash-only.
5:33 p.m., 1700 block of W. Jesse James Road, Officer took a report for vandalism.
10:26 p.m., 200 block of S. Francis St., Officer took a report for two missing juveniles.
11:38 p.m., 1700 block of Briarwood Lane, Officer responded in reference to a WF getting harassing phone calls. She was provided the information she requested and nothing else was requested.
Friday, August 31
8:39 a.m., 1000 block of Isley Blvd., An officer responded to speak with the storage complex owner regarding several broken locks. Information was obtained for reports.
9:23 a.m., 400 block of Benton Ave., An officer responded on a report that two juveniles who were reported missing had returned home. Information was obtained for a supplement report.
2:10 p.m., 1700 block of Briarwood Lane, Officers responded on a report that a male party was trying to break into the residence. Dwight Moody, WM, 29, was arrested on a felony Clay County warrant for forgery with a bond of $50,000. While on scene, officers recovered a stolen vehicle, reported by Liberty Police Department. The vehicle was left with the owner at the above residence. Information was obtained for a report.
3:02 p.m., 10000 block of S. Marietta St., An officer responded to take an information report regarding a juvenile not being picked up from school by his parents.
7:23 p.m., 1600 block of Wornall Road, Melissa Kresse was arrested on three Independence Police Department warrants for failure to appear with a total bond of $1,000. She was taken to Clay County Detention to await extradition.
Saturday, September 1
2:07 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Robert J. Martinez, WM, 49, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for failure to appear for default payment of fines. He was booked and incarcerated pending payment of $564 cash-only bond.
2:07 a.m., 1900 block of W. Jesse James Road, Officer took a report for burglary of a storage unit.
12:55 p.m., 700 block of Isley Blvd., Officers responded on a disturbance in progress. Contact was made with residents who advised it was verbal only. One party agreed to leave for the day. Nothing further was requested.
2:43 p.m., 400 block of Dunbar Ave., An officer responded to take a report for damage to the residence. Information was obtained.
3:26 p.m., 150 block of Crown Hill Road, James M. Manns, WM, 37, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper turn. He was booked and released on his own recognizance with a court date.
5:45 p.m., 700 block of Park Ave., An officer recovered a bicycle that had been abandoned on the property.
5:48 p.m., 200 block of Fine St., An officer responded to a report of a disturbance that occurred previously and led to a party being hit with an open vehicle door. Information was obtained for a domestic violence assault report.
6:54 p.m., 400 block of Regent Ave., Flor Parral, WF, 24, reported theft of money. Investigation continues.
7:59 p.m., 1200 block of 1200 N. Jesse James Road, A WM, 59, was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold for felony DWI and resisting arrest. Michael R. Wyant, WM, 57, was arrested for open liquor and held on a 12-hour detoxification.
10:19 p.m., 2000 Kimberly Drive, Officer took a report for domestic assault.

1:18 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Ashley B. Hukill, WF, 35, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and trespassing with bond of $500 cash-only.
7:52 a.m., 300 block of S. Main St., William Gregalunas, WM, 59, was arrested on a Kansas City warrant for simple assault with a bond of $750. He was later released to Kansas City Police Department.
1:44 p.m., 2000 block of W. Jesse James Road, An officer responded to take a report for vandalism to two vehicles. Investigation continues.

8:25 a.m., Marietta Street and Broadway, Nickolas Trosper, WM, 20, was arrested for no turn signal, no proof of insurance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked and released with a court date.
9:21 a.m., 300 block of S. Main St., Nickolas Trosper, WM, 20, was arrested on an Independence warrant for failure to appear for stealing with a bond of $2,000. He was booked and incarcerated pending extradition.
11:09 a.m., Isley Boulevard and Y Highway, Kamen Dowl, WM, 42, was arrested for driving while revoked and released after the booking process.
2:54 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Timothy Kennedy, WM, 21, was arrested on local warrant for fail to appear for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no license with a bond of $500 cash-only. He was booked and incarcerated.
