Mary Kathleen Nolker

Mary Kathleen Nolker, 86, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Feb. 19, 2019. Mary, better known to her friends as Cassie, was born May 8, 1932, to Palmer Shelton and Delka Duncan Shelton.
She graduated from Excelsior Springs High School in 1950. She was married to William J. Nolker who preceded her in death.
She was the matriarch of our family. She was a homemaker. She was strong, forthright and devout in her faith to the Lord. She was an avid gardener and loved nature. She will be very much missed by her family and dear friends.
Surviving are her daughter, Sabra Shepard; grandchildren Jamison Shepard and Melissa Shepard; great-grandchildren, Brianna Shepard and Cade Ranum.
A short intimate service with family and friends was held on Feb. 27, 2019, from 1-2 p.m. at Bross and Spidle Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
