Delbert L. Stephens, 93, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri passed away Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018.

Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 at Flack Memorial Church with service immediately following. Burial will be at Masonic Cemetery in Excelsior Springs.
