Jesse James Road, Officers arrested Misty Silkwood, WF, 21, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Regon Meierer, WF, 22, possession of marijuana, Christopher Adams, WM, 27, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and Rodney Mouzone, BM, 23, for possession of marijuana. They were booked and released with citations.
9:25 p.m., 500 block of St. Louis Ave., Kristina Barcenas-Acosta, WF, 38, was arrested for possession of controlled substance, prohibited crossing, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She was booked and released with a court date.
10:34 a.m., 200 block of Fine St., Officer took a fraud report.
11:53 a.m., 100 block of Berton Road, Marissa Benninger, WF, 24, reported her Xbox had been stolen.
12:18 p.m., 500 block of St. Louis Ave., Patrick Tidwell, WM, 20, was arrested for possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance. He was booked and released with a court date.
1:07 p.m., 200 block of Pasty Lane, Ginger Cornwell, WF, 30, was arrested for shoplifting. She was booked and released with a court date.
1:57 p.m., 200 block of Valley St., Bethany Taylor, WF, 34, was arrested for possession of synthetic narcotics, assaulting an officer and destruction of evidence. She was booked and released with a court date.
2:08 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., An officer responded on a report of a dumpster fire. The fire was out prior to the arrival of emergency personnel.
3:02 p.m., 500 block of Isely Blvd., An officer responded to a report of a stolen wallet. Information was taken for a report.
3:17 p.m., 100 block of Corum Road, An officer responded to a report of a possible fraud at a business. The reporting party was advised of his options.
9:20 p.m., North Main Street and Grand Avenue, Kyle R. Elliott, WM, 19, was arrested on a local warrant for failure to appear for no valid driver’s license. He was booked and has a bond of $250 cash only.
9:56 p.m., North Main Street and Jesse James Road, Information was taken for a report on stealing.
11:54 p.m., 900 block of Martin St., Jesse Logan, WM, 23 was arrested on two Platte County Warrants for fail to appear with a total bond of $1,000. He was transported to the Clay County Detention Center to await extradition.
Wednesday, July 4
12:11 a.m., 500 block of Tiger Dr., Officer contacted a subject who had his vehicle shot at with a paintball gun somewhere in the area. He did not want a report, only for us to be aware someone was shooting at vehicles and homes.
1:07 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Andrew Frantz, WM, 26, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs Warrant for fail to appear for speeding with a bond of $250 cash. He was incarcerated pending payment of bond.
11:55 a.m., 800 block of Calhoun, Nicole Smith, WF, reported a Bluetooth speaker had been stolen from her vehicle.
2:58 p.m., 2200 block of Patsy Lane, Garry E. Sloan Jr., WM, 46, was arrested on a Clay County warrant for non-support with a bond of $25,000. He was transported to Clay County Detention and released to them.
6:13 p.m., 300 block of Main St., Tyler L. Icenhour, WM, 25, was arrested on a Clay County warrant for felony possession of controlled substance with a bond of $50,000. He was incarcerated pending extradition by Clay County.
6:29 p.m., 300 block of Main St., Stephanie N. Suddarth, WF, 34, was arrested on four Kansas City warrants with a total bond of $1,200. She was incarcerated pending extradition by KCPD.
Thursday, July 5
4:10 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Jeffrey Thompson WM, 42, was arrested on three Excelsior Springs warrants for fail to appear with a total bond of $1,209 cash. He was transported the Clay County Detention Center to await bonding.
9:24 a.m., 1200 block of Ann Ave., Officer responded to retrieve a wallet which was found in the area. Contact was made with the owner who later responded to retrieve the property.
9:55 a.m., block of 200 E. Broadway Ave., Sherry Comstock, WF, 44, was arrested at Clay County Detention on a local failure to appear warrant for trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released at Clay County Detention with a court date.
1:27 p.m., 1400 block of Magnolia West Ave., An officer responded to the lobby to take a report for theft from a vehicle.
4:59 p.m., 200 block of S Kansas City Ave., Officers responded to a report of a burglary not in progress. Information was taken for a report.
7:21 p.m., 1100 block of Frontier St., Information was obtained for a report on child molestation.
Friday, July 6
9:21 a.m., 200 block of E Broadway Ave., William Vessar, WM, 32, was arrested on a local failure to appear warrant for no proof of insurance. He was booked in with a cash only bond of $200.
9:37 a.m., 300 block of S. Main St., William Vessar, WM, 32, was arrested on a Clinton County warrant-for possession of narcotics with a bond of $408.50.
11:54 a.m., Dunbar Avenue and Concourse Avenue, Tyler Fleming, WM, 22, was arrested on a Clay County warrant for possession of marijuana with a bond of $ 1,000. He was transported to Clay County Detention for extradition.
1:51 p.m., 1700 block of W. Jesse James Road, Information was taken for a stealing report. The investigation continues.
3:14 p.m., 1800 block of W. Jesse James Road, An officer completed a report for a stolen checkbook.
5:17 p.m., 100 block of Corum Road, An officer took information for a report for an incident of fraud which occurred on July 3, 2018.
10:27 p.m., 1000 block of Miss Belle, An officer responded to a report of a domestic assault occurred previously. No one wished to assist with prosecution. Both parties agreed to separate for the evening.
11:49 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Ashley R. Foster, WF, 29, was arrested on a local warrant for fail to appear for trespassing, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $500 cash only.

1:28 a.m., 200 block of E. Broadway St., Ryan Clark, WM, 38, was arrested on an Excelsior Springs warrant for fail to appear with a bond of $1,000 cash. He was incarcerated pending payment of bond.
1:55 a.m., 100 block of Melwood St., Jennifer Woods, WF, 37, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, open liquor and endanger child welfare with a total bond of $200. She was incarcerated pending payment of bond.
9:47 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St., Ashlend M. Gregory, WF, 28, was arrested on an Independence PD warrant for unpaid fines with a bond of $429. She was incarcerated pending extradition by Independence PD.
9:50 p.m., US Highway 69 South Bound and Vintage Drive, Jeremy M. Eldridge, WM, 29, was arrested on a felony Ray County warrant for failure to appear for amphetamine possession with bond of $7,500.
10:02 p.m., 500 block of S. Kansas City Ave., Officers responded to a report of a domestic assault in progress. Information was obtained for a report. The parties agreed to separate for the evening.
10:32 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St., Lisa M. McGee, WF, 49, was arrested on an Independence PD warrant for fail to appear for no insurance and speeding with a total bond of $900. She was incarcerated pending extradition by Independence PD.

11:11 a.m., 300 block of May St., Haley A. L. Wilton, WF, 23, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $750. Michael C. Hurt, WM, 56, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $250. Brandon D. Hollis, WM, 38, was arrested on a local warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $400 cash only.
8:42 p.m., 200 block of E. Broadway Ave., Christopher K. Lynn, WM, 23, was arrested on a local warrant for driving while revoked and stealing. His bond was set at $500 cash only.
10:37 p.m., 200 block of Fine St., Officers responded to the residence on a report of a possible disturbance. It was determined to be a misunderstanding and nothing further was requested.
3:35 a.m., 100 block of N. Thompson Ave., Officer responded to the residence on a report of a missing person. The party was located.
9:33 a.m., 1900 block of W. Jesse James Road, Billy Briggs, WM, reported his storage unit had been broken into and items were taken.
10:13 a.m., 1900 block of W. Jesse James Road, An officer requested a report for a storage unit had been burglarized.
11:12 a.m., 700 block of Tiger Drive, Margaret McCant, BF, 73, reported her purse and contents had been stolen.
12:05 p.m., 2000 block of Karlton Way, Officers responded on a report of an unruly family member. The parties were separated and no one wanted any action taken. One party was transported from the area at his request.
4:28 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St., Darren K. Bartholomew, WM, 51, was arrested on an Independence warrant for fail to pay fines and dv assault with a total bond of $1,631.50. He was incarcerated pending extradition by IPD.
5:13 p.m., 300 block of S. Main St., Christopher K. Lynn, WM, 23, was arrested on 1-day court confinement.
