Randall “Randy” Troutman, 58, Excelsior Springs, Mo., passed Sept. 23, 2015, at home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct 1, at Charter Funerals, 77 NE 72nd Street, Gladstone, with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. Burial in East Slope Cemetery.
